“Amazing meal at the restaurant of this hotel. Easily one of the best while on a walking holiday through the Rhein. Discovered by chance just a short hop from the Rheinburgenweg trail. Super nice schnitzel, and lovely fresh spätzle. Seasonal specials. Some lovely rich Riesling lieblich that had the perfect acid-sweet balance.”
